Kris Koliss

Kris is the broker/owner of Paramount Realty Group. She has been a Realtor since 2002, starting her career with her Mom, Fran, at RE/MAX Executive Realty in Grafton MA. In 2006, Kris and Fran decided to open Paramount Realty Group to expand their already great customer service.

Kris’ belief is that exceptional customer service and knowledgeable consulting are the key components to assisting clients. She is there from the beginning to the end of each transaction, guiding her clients through any obstacles that may arise. Her finance background & knowledge of the current markets enable her clients to make sound choices in line with their values.

Kris has been a huge proponent of the Realtor brand since she first got involved with the Realtor Association of Central Mass back in 2007. The National Association of Realtors is the largest trade association in the country with over 1.2 million members. There is a Code of Ethics all Realtors have to abide by, raising the professionalism in the industry. All agents at Paramount Realty Group have to join the association and become a Realtor. Kris was so inspired by the brand she was the 2016 President of RACM while serving 7 consecutive years on the board of directors prior to that. She believes real estate is a career and not a job. Professionalism is key when dealing with clients & colleagues.

In addition to being the President of the board she has volunteered on the following committees: Government Affairs, Golf, Nominating, Professional Standards, Professional Development & Community Action while chairing a few. She holds the following designations: Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist & Certified Residential Specialist. Kris has also been certified with the Commitment to Excellence by the National Association of Realtors.

Kris lives with her longtime partner, Eric, and their two dogs, Oakey & Barley in Grafton, MA. She enjoys cooking, writing, travelling, & helping her agents be the best they can be!

Fran Koliss

Fran has been in Real Estate for over three decades.  She has been a staple in the Central Mass Real Estate Community.  After doing mortgages for a few years, Fran thought she could better serve the public helping them buy and sell properties.  She has become an expert in New Construction, land, first time home buying, move ups and selling properties for the best price and terms for her sellers.  Fran was active for many years in the Realtor Association as well as the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce.  She has sat on Boards of Directors and Chaired committees, bringing her vast knowledge to the table.  Fran believes in full transparency and being honest with her clients to assist them in moving on to the next chapter in their lives.  She consults her clients on focusing on the big picture.  After working for many years for big franchises, she suggested to her daughter, Kris, to open up their own agency.  Fran’s motto was, “It’s the agent not the agency.”  She believed this would enable her and Kris to raise their customer service level to even greater heights.  So, in 2006 they opened Paramount Realty Group, the Peak of Real Estate Professionals.  Semi-retired, Fran enjoys spending time with family and friends, while working closely with Kris to keep assisting her sphere’s real estate needs.

Pam Bott

Pam has been a licensed Realtor since 2007.  She began her career with RE/MAX and joined Paramount Realty Group in 2008.

Pam specializes in residential real estate, single family, condo’s, or multi-family homes.  Her  knowledge and professionalism are key to helping her buyers and sellers with all their Real Estate needs.

Servicing Worcester County and the Blackstone Valley Corridor, Pam takes all your real estate needs personally.  Whether you’re looking to purchase your 1st home or sell your longtime residence, she will treat you like family, giving you guidance, referrals, recommendations and most of all compassion throughout the entire Real Estate process.

In her free time, Pam enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Vincent Lanzillo

Vincent has been working with Paramount Realty Group for 4 years.  He is a Certified Buyers Rep and recently received the National Association of Realtor’s C2EX Certification.  Vincent has loved being a Realtor since 2006 assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions.  He treats all transactions like if he were buying or selling for himself. Vincent appreciates open, honest and transparent communication when dealing with clients and colleagues.  He believes these are key to a successful closing.  He currently lives in Sturbridge MA but will travel anywhere in the state to meet your real estate goals.  Vincent is thankful for a great group of family and friends. He works for an awesome Broker/Owner that has provided endless support and inspiration along the way.

Monica Luchini

Monica has been a Massachusetts Realtor specializing in residential sales in the Central Mass.  Since 1994, she has also been a property manager specializing primarily in affordable housing in Worcester County.  Prior to 1986, Monica had 15 years of sales experience in the hotel industry from New Hampshire, Maine, and Louisville, KY.

Graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1975.  She is currently a member of Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce, Villa at Pleasant Valley Board of Trustees 2015-Current, Volunteer – Cystic Fibrosis Xtreme Hike – Cycle for Life 2010 – Current. Monica has been with Paramount Realty Group since it’s opening in 2006.  Prior to that she was at Prudential Prime Real Estate.  Monica believes in educating your clients and guiding them through a smooth real estate transaction.  In her free time, Monica enjoys, biking, baking & traveling.

Stephanie McNamara

Stephanie has been a Realtor with Paramount Realty Group since 2016. She discovered a passion for real estate when selling & buying her own home. After being a stay at home mom for 7 years, she obtained her license to sell and got right to work! Caring for her client’s needs and seeing them through the entire transaction are two of Stephanie’s top priorities.  Whether buying or selling, she is always prepared to provide her clients with the latest market info.  Clients appreciate her flexibility, patience, ability to listen and hear what they want, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.  Stephanie is in the process of acquiring her Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation. (ABR) Stephanie lives in Millbury, MA with her husband Bob, 2 children Joey & Ava, and dog Riley. In her free time, she loves to travel with her family, attend all of her kids sporting events, visit the beach in RI, and spend time with her family & friends. A very active and connected community member, she is a volunteer on the Millbury Little League Board and serves as the sponsorship-fundraising coordinator. She specializes in residential sales.

Deb Melander

Deb has been a Realtor for 13 years with Paramount Realty Group. Real Estate is a second career as she has been an RN for 45 years. She has been a widow for many years and raised her Son and Daughter in Shrewsbury. When they went off to college, she decided to get her Real Estate license. Deb is a people person and enjoys helping them to achieve their lifelong dream of owning a home. She strives to make the process of buying a home as stress -free as possible, she works well with her colleagues and takes great pride in the fact she is very approachable and available to assist her clients whenever needed.

Deb enjoys traveling, most recently to Ireland and Mexico, golfing, walking, reading, walking on the beach, spending time at the Cape, but most of all being with her granddaughters.

Lisa Osborn

MaryAnn Shaw

Mary Ann brings a wide sphere of knowledge and influence in the Real Estate field for over 35 years. Prior to working New Construction for Brierly Pond II , The Villas of Pleasant Valley, and Leland Hill Estates, (John Burns Communities & Black Brook Realty) , she worked in Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Hopkinton, Grafton, Lexington, and Newton Massachusetts, for Century 21 Commonwealth , Jon LeClaire Builders, and ERA Key Realty services. She has been exposed to every aspect of Real Estate; Land, New Construction, Resales , and Condos. 

Mary Ann is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES), helping Seniors make their move as stress-free as possible, as they decide to downsize. She provides all the services needed in helping them sell their home, and move to their future homes.
