I’ve known Kris for about 7 or 8 years. A lot of our concerns was the fact that we didn’t know the process, because we had never done it before. We met Kris for our first meeting at a local coffee shop and it was just really comfortable, and she made us feel very at ease about what we were embarking on. Both of us have jobs with not really traditional hours, so Kris really worked on that. We would see four houses on a Saturday in the pouring rain and it was fine and fun and we laughed. With everything being so time sensitive, during closing, I felt like she was there, at the drop of a hat, whenever you needed. I would say give Kris and Paramount Realty a try, they were phenomenal with us, and I know that when we sell this house and move then we’ll use them again.
